Our graduate led, established team are highly qualified and experienced early years professionals. Our staff team nurture children's development whilst enhancing learning. They underpin our values and work closely with children and offer consistent support to scaffold play maximising development & learning. We recognise the enduring contribution staff make to the organisation in achieving our aims and improving the lives of children and ensure that our team have the best possible training, qualifications, support and advice. We have a trained and knowledgeable SENDCo & Language lead who are designated people and specialise in their fields to support early intervention.
